chore: ignore Flutter DevTools' local options file
...
DevTools wrote app/devtools_options.yaml here two days ago and it has been
sitting in the working copy ever since. It records which DevTools extensions
are enabled on this machine, nothing about the project, so it differs per
checkout and is no use to anyone else. Ignored rather than committed because
under jj, which tracks new files automatically, being ignored is the only way
a file stays out of the next commit on its own.

docs: add the Apache-2.0 license text
...
The F-Droid listing at apps.randogoth.com declares this app Apache-2.0, and
the repo itself said nothing about its license, so the only statement of it
lived in another repo. Text is apache.org's verbatim, with the appendix's
bracketed copyright placeholder filled in.

The CI runner's grep has no PCRE support, so grep -P silently matched
nothing and produced an empty VERSION_CODE/VERSION_NAME.

Reads the release keystore from env vars in CI, falling back to the
debug keys locally. Adds fastlane metadata for F-Droid/Obtainium and
a .forgejo workflow that builds, signs, and publishes the APK on
pushing a vX.Y.Z+N tag.

fix: fill the icon and splash with the logo on Android 12+

Without an adaptive icon or a v31 splash theme, Android synthesized a
white circular backdrop and shrank the flat square logo to fit inside
it, both on the home screen and the native splash screen. Add a real
adaptive icon (background color plus a centered, safe-zone-scaled
vector foreground from the same path data as assets/logo.svg) and
configure the v31 splash screen to use matching background colors, so
the logo fills the shape edge to edge instead.
