WiFiNINA for STRIX

Arduino's WiFiNINA 1.8.5 (GNU LGPL 2.1 or later, see the source headers), vendored with one change in src/utility/spi_drv.cpp: on the MKR Vidor 4000 it drives the NINA module directly through the STRIX FPGA image's pin pass-through (SPI on D8–D10, SS D5, ACK D4, GPIO0 D6, RESETN D7) instead of through Arduino's FPGA peripherals bitstream.
