20:00 / 'Migration' of bodies to a digital context Miguel Azuaga Miguel's recent works explore the constant construction of identity through the impact of migration flows, positing a discourse in which aesthetics is inextricably linked to a socio-political context. Installation, video and photography are the media he uses to develop his artistic production. Azuaga earned a BFA from the University of Málaga in 2011 and rounded out his education with courses at the University of the Arts London (UAL). He has participated in solo and group shows in Spain, England and Germany. Since 2015 he is enrolled in the “Art in Context” MA programme at the Berlin University of the Arts (Universität der Künste Berlin) In this talk, along with a presentation of selected video works, Miguel Azuaga will be focus on migration and memory among other topics. He will also discuss about the role of fiction in his multidisciplinary approaches and its ability to generate new realities.

A series of desperate attempts at exploring the medium of leisure, presented by Leisure Inc., a think-tank founded by Silvio Lorusso and Sebastian Schmieg in 2016.
