- Patch Logo Menu v38 to custom entries incl. Containers (DistroShelf)\n- Switch GNOME defaults to programs.dconf profile\n- Add desktop overrides for Thunar->Files and Ghostty->Terminal\n- Enable Thunar integration (gvfs/tumbler/xfconf) and add virt-manager tooling
