8c954ba74b fix: avoid grep -P for version extraction in release workflow

Details 
The android runner's grep lacks PCRE support, so grep -oP failed
silently inside command substitution, leaving VERSION_CODE/NAME
empty and breaking the changelog lookup. Use plain bash parameter
expansion instead.

2519a3a337 feat: set up signed release pipeline for Forgejo

Details 
Adds env-var-driven release signing, fastlane metadata for F-Droid/Obtainium
listings, and a tag-triggered .forgejo workflow that builds, signs, and
publishes the APK as a Forgejo release.
