Summary: Rust library with FFI bindings built for Randonautica that can be used to generate high-quality entropy using a camera feed.

Inspired by a [previous attempt](https://github.com/awasisto/camrng) at creating a True Random Number Generator based on pixel fluctuations of the mobile phone camera by [Andika Wasisto](https://github.com/awasisto) I implemented a Rust library with FFI bindings that uses a different approach with higher bandwidth entropy outcome based on an [IEEE Southeastcon research paper](https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/7132901). 

It has been successfully tested on several mobile phones and will be implemented into the Randonautica app in the near future to provide a high quality on-device randomness source.
