Remove ServerTransportPlugin override; use module defaults for bridge
...
When role=bridge, the NixOS tor module already configures
ServerTransportPlugin with pkgs.obfs4 and ExtORPort=auto.

The NixOS tor module already sets ExtORPort=auto when role=bridge.
